How results are ordered
The default order is “Relevance”. It is the same for every visitor and it is not for sale: there are no paid top positions or sponsored slots on Homawia.
What “relevance” means here
Relevance is 65% completeness and 35% freshness. Completeness counts what you need to judge a home at all: photos, a real description, a price, a location, an energy label and room counts. Freshness decays gently with the listing's age — after about a month it counts for half. A well-documented home from three weeks ago therefore outranks a bare listing posted this morning.
The other sort options
“Newest” and “Date: oldest first” sort by listing date. “Price” and “Largest first” do what they say; when a price order covers sales and rentals together, homes for sale come first, because a monthly rent and an asking price don't sit on one scale. “Nearest first” measures from your chosen area. Ties are settled by listing date and then a fixed order — so paging can never show a home twice or quietly skip one.
